Spring in Seabrook is always so much fun. The trees have leaves again, flowers are in bloom and the sun starts to show its rays on our faces.

Spring Showcase of Homes

Join Windermere Seabrook Real Estate for the Spring Showcase of Homes, April 11–15, featuring five days of home tours throughout Seabrook and a mix of new construction and resale homes to explore. The showcase begins with neighborhood-wide tours in Seabrook's Town Center on Saturday and Fernwood on Sunday, where several homes will be open at the same time. Monday through Wednesday will feature a daily open house, offering additional opportunities to step inside beautiful homes and experience the neighborhoods that make Seabrook such a special place to live, work, and gather.

The Fernwood showcase is April 12th and we will; have the skimpool out, there will be live music, and small bites available. Take a stroll through Fernwood Seabrook's newest and most nature connected neighborhood.

Taste the best of Washington at Seabrook’s annual Savor Seabrook Food & Wine Festival, on Saturday, May 16, 2026 from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm on Market Street.

Experience a day of winemakers, new wineries, excellent craft beers, and coastal cuisine. Sip, savor, and stroll Market Street while live music plays and our beach town shows off its best. This is a 21+ event presented by Seabrook and The Stowaway Wine Bar.
